Delicate straw in colour with beautiful grey-greenish tints. Elegant and fresh nose with hints of fern, nettle and green apple. Fresh, supple and citrusy in the mouth, the wine offers length and finesse to the finish with a well-preserved fruit sweetness on the finish. A great summer aperitif wine to serve with fresh green salads, prawns or calamari, hummus and other mains, as well as with typical Bulgarian dishes such as sermichki with vine leaves, spinach or nettle meatballs, pies with spinach or lapad.
