Beautiful and bright light pink color - salmon colored. The nose is fresh and attractive with cherry notes, raspberry jam, smoky and minty nuances. Lively, elegant and fresh, with very good acidity and strong tones of Samardala (Bulgarian green spicy salt) and other herbs such as dry mint. Harmonious, salty and refreshing, this rose goes well with salads and dishes with garlic sauce or green onions - an unusually harsh combination with wine - and with Bulgarian toasts such as "Princess", sprinkled with samardala, or with classic burgers.

Region:
The Thracian Plain is part of the large southern Bulgarian wine region. It is well protected from cold winds north of the Balkan Mountains and further from the south-central part of the Rhodope Mountains.

Climate and soil:
Temperate with over 3,000 hours of sunshine during the year and over 110 clear days. Hot, dry summers with warm nights. Soft and warm winters without spring frosts. Sandy-loamy and calcareous Bottoms.

Harvesting:
Careful selective hand-picking in boxes with subsequent sorting of the grapes in the winery.

Vinification:
The grapes are processed using the classic technique, i.e. cooling of the grapes, sorting, selection and direct pressing of the grapes, after clarification of the musts and alcoholic fermentation at 12-14°C. Retention on sediment and stirring.
